Active and practice-oriented learning


Our programs are interactive, creative and focused on doing. We combine theory with practical assignments, work together and reflect on the lessons, so that participants are actively involved in their learning process.

Our Services

How we work – in 5 phases

Step 1: Introduction & needs analysis
We start with an introductory meeting to understand the wishes, target group and goals of the organization. What are the expectations? What is needed? For whom? Which period? This forms the basis for the right coordination or for adequate customization.

Step 2: Custom proposal
Based on the input, we develop a concrete proposal. This can be a period of lessons, a series of lessons or a complete lesson program. Everything is tailored to the vision of the organization, the learning level and the learning goals of the participants.

Step 3: Development of the teaching material
Our team develops the curriculum: including lesson plans, work forms and lesson assignments. We provide concrete lesson goals, and a logical and practical whole.

Step 4: Implementation & guidance
The lessons are conducted by professionals from our team with an eye on the pedagogical didactic climate. Participants are involved during the lessons and activated where necessary.

Step 5: Evaluation & embedding
Afterwards, we evaluate the process together. What went well? What could be better and/or different? Our professionals always try to get the most out of it and we always try to make improvements. In this way, we ensure that the program remains professional, up-to-date, educational and attractive for the participants.
